DETERMINE THE PROPER MCM RATING: -To determine the proper MCM rating, it is a first necessary to know (a) duty cycle (b) current to be used. And (c) length of the cable to be used. Once this has been determined, proceed has follow, assuming the duty cycle has been set has at 300/0, the current at 16000 amperes and the cable length is 6 feet
